On May 13, Huafei Yijiang Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and Bei Fang Investigation, Design & Research Co., Ltd. signed the strategic cooperation agreement in Tianjin. Zhou Yuefei, chairman of the company, Huang Zhongxin, general manager, Lei Yunbiao and Yan Qingdong, vice president of Huafei energy, Liu Jun, director of comprehensive department, Li Xiaozhen, chairman of BIDR, Song Changshen, deputy general manager, Liu Zhengjun, director of business development department, Yu lunchuang, general manager of engineering construction management company, and Zhang Baorui, executive general manager of overseas business department attended the signing ceremony.

    Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held talks. Li Xiaozhen welcomed Zhou Yuefei and his delegation, expressed his admiration for the leadership team and years of development achievements of our company, and affirmed the progress made by the two sides in the Congo (DRC) project that they have cooperated with and the direction of cooperation in the next step.      In addition, during the talks, the two sides also exchanged views on the progress of the ongoing cooperation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) project and the follow-up promotion ideas, as well as on some concepts and experiences in enterprise operation and management.

     After the talks, the two sides held a signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement.
