On May 13, Huafei Yijiang Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and Bei Fang Investigation, Design & Research Co., Ltd. signed the strategic cooperation agreement in Tianjin. Zhou Yuefei, chairman of the company, Huang Zhongxin, general manager, Lei Yunbiao and Yan Qingdong, vice president of Huafei energy, Liu Jun, director of comprehensive department, Li Xiaozhen, chairman of BIDR, Song Changshen, deputy general manager, Liu Zhengjun, director of business development department, Yu lunchuang, general manager of engineering construction management company, and Zhang Baorui, executive general manager of overseas business department attended the signing ceremony.
Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held talks.
